The Bastard Game
The Badurad is a very old play, (circa 120 BLK) detailing the mythic history of the Brens before their crossing the ocean and landing in Alannah. It is a great epic in 6 parts, and is usually staged only in parts, because of the extreme length and breadth of the piece. To produce a full production would take half a day. The play has become the most popular version of the sinking of the Brennish home, Immros. The piece seems to support the idea that only a Brennish king truly has the divine support necessary to rule, and that the gods sent the Brens to Alannah in order to rule.
